Family First Health

Family First Health has a family medicine site at 369 Locust Street and a family dentistry site at 430 Walnut Street, both in Columbia. Through the family medicine office, we offer care to patients of every age, and services include routine exams, preventative care, chronic disease management, immunizations and well-child visits, behavioral health, and substance use services. The dental office provides comprehensive dental services for the whole family and supports patients in not only achieving good dental health, but also maintaining it. Care includes exams, cleanings, x-rays, extractions, dentures, fillings, root canals, and more. All Family First Health services are available to any patient seeking care, regardless of ability to pay or insurance status.
