Salsa del Gringo is a Cottage Kitchen operation that makes homemade salsas and hot sauces. The owners, Erik and Catherine, moved to Columbia in March of 2023 and have absolutely loved being apart of this town. We look forward to providing our community with fresh homemade salsas and sauces!
