Rivertown Theatre Productions, LLC was established as a non-profit, community-based theatre organization with the intent to unite local thespians with a passion for the performing arts. Through original productions, RTP strives to create a theatre family that can perform off of the traditional stage and bring entertaining original productions to our local neighborhoods.
RTP invites performers of all skill levels to audition. Whether you have never performed before, or are a Broadway star, our company will welcome you.
Rivertown Theatre Productions, LLC produces the annual Columbia’s Haunted Lantern Tour, with an ever-changing theme and new characters each year.
This year’s tour will take place on
Step into the enigmatic world of Victorian-era mysticism in a search for the answer to what awaits us after death. Engage in conversations with those who have experienced unimaginable loss, within themselves while you delve into the core of human emotion. This immersive journey offers a portal into the afterlife like never before. As you tread lightly upon the sacred grounds of Mount Bethel Cemetery, you will find yourself immersed in a story that is both tragic and breathtakingly beautiful. Exploring the agonies of love, loss, longing, and grief, this year’s tour is a powerful testament to human endurance and it is for that reason….we are The Afflicted.
Tours run every half hour beginning at 6:30PM, with the final tour stepping off at 9:30 PM on Friday’s and Saturdays, and 8:00PM on Sunday. Tickets are available for purchase at $20.00 per person.
