“So You Want to Be a Pet Parent”

With Tammy Jalbert of the Columbia Animal Shelter and Kelly Skiptunas, Reading Education Assistance Dog handler.   Children and animals usually go together like peanut butter and jelly!  But owning a pet is a responsibility that you must be prepared to accept.  Tammy and Kelly will talk about things you must know and items you must have before becoming a “pet parent”.  They will also bring along a furry friend or two.   Stay afterwards to read to Jager, the READ dog!
