Riverfront Stories with Lynn Smoker

Join Susquehanna NHA for a lecture series related to our ‘Columbia’s Storied Places’ exhibit!

For more than two centuries the riverfront was a hub of commercial and industrial activities like lumbering, ice harvesting, railroading, and many mills. As these industries waned, Columbians came to the river to swim, boat, fish, and recreate with family and friends. Join us for a lecture with Lynn Smoker to hear stories of Columbia’s riverfront on Thursday, October 13th, 6 PM – 7 PM.
